Terms and Conditions
 

1. General Agreement

By booking a session with Blue River Healing, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions. These terms apply to all Soul Center Healing Hypnosis (SCHH) and Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) sessions.

2. Services Provided
 

• Soul Center Healing Hypnosis (SCHH): All SCHH sessions are conducted online via Zoom. A stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment are required.

  • ​A wired headset with a microphone that can be positioned in front of mouth, computer with a camera or iPad, not mobile phone

• Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT): All QHHT sessions are conducted in person at the agreed location. Clients are responsible for arranging their travel and accommodation if needed.
   

3. Eligibility
 

• Clients must be 18 years or older to participate.

• By booking, you confirm that you are not experiencing severe mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia or dissociative identity disorder, that could impact the safety or effectiveness of the session.
   

4. Confidentiality
 

• All sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared during your session will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

• Sessions may be recorded for your personal use only (with your consent). Recordings will not be shared without your permission.
   

5. Booking, Payment, and Refunds
 

• Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.

• Cancellations and Refunds:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session up to 24 hours in advance, subject to availability.
   

6. Preparation
 

• SCHH: Clients are responsible for ensuring they meet the technical requirements for an online session. This includes a reliable internet connection, a Zoom account and a quiet, private setting.

• QHHT: Clients must arrive at the agreed location on time and prepared as per pre-session instructions provided.
   

7. Disclaimer
 

• Results from hypnosis vary by individual. While many clients experience significant insights and healing, outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

• Hypnosis is a collaborative process. Your active participation and willingness to engage are essential for the session’s success.
   

8. Technology and Technical Issues (SCHH)
 

• Blue River Healing is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end, such as poor internet connectivity. In case of technical interruptions, efforts will be made to reschedule.
   

9. Liability
 

• By participating, you agree to release Blue River Healing and its practitioners from any liability related to your session, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they are in a safe and secure environment during online SCHH sessions.
   

10. Health and Wellbeing
 

• Hypnosis sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare professional for medical or mental health concerns.
