Cancellations and Refunds
 

I understand that life happens, and sometimes plans need to change. To ensure fairness and accommodate scheduling for all clients, I have the following refund and cancellation policy:

• Cancellation with 24 Hours' Notice: 

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice prior to your scheduled appointment.

  • Cancellations made within this timeframe will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

• Late Cancellations (Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice):

  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before your session, unfortunately, no refund will be issued, and the session fee will be forfeited.

• No-Shows:

  • Failure to show up for your scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in a loss of funds for that session.
