The first hour is a pre-session chat, followed by a 2 to 2.5-hour hypnosis session. During hypnosis, you'll be progressively relaxed to enter the Theta Brainwave state, then guided through Entity Release, Energetic Body Rebuild, Trauma release, then Higher Self questions and healing. The second session includes a quick clearing, Past Life Regression / Multi-Dimensional Soul Travel then Higher Self questions and healing. This package includes two sessions.
